The anticipated roll out of Phase II proposed rules before the Commission has changed from the April Commission meeting to the September Commission meeting.  Again, we plan on recognizing the dedicated efforts of CWTAG when we roll out the Phase II proposed rules and respectfully request your attendance at the Commission meeting.
