Cypress Gardens Animals needing home

Cypress Gardens closed the animal section of their facility and we were lucky to be in a position to take in some of their animals needing homes.  We already told you about their female black jaguar - Sheba.  A few weeks later we were asked to take on some other animals.  We adopted:  5 mountain coatimondi's, wallaby's including a 10 month old baby albino wallaby, possum's, turtles and a sweet kinkaju named peanut.

We are blessed to have these beautiful animals and can not wait to share them with you.  Hopefully you will be able to come see them on a tour in the near future.

We are offering hands on experiences with the baby tiger and baby albino wallaby.  Will be adding pictures soon.

With the economy down and less visitors we could use your help with donations for food and caging.  Please consider helping us.  We have set up a new donation button on our website for your convenience to donate through paypal.

We are also in great need for volunteers to help with the animals care and if you are not comfortable working with the animals we have great needs with food preperation and work with our beautiful botanical gardens too

My friends and myself had the pleasure of visiting your refuge April 1st of this year. We had an AWESOME time touring to see all the animals and learning some of their history. We especially enjoyed the male & female lions you have and the highlight of our visit was the feeding of the 3 new tiger cubs! We have been sharing our pictures taken during our tour with family and friends and encouraging them to stop by for a visit. We have shared your website with them as well so they can contact you for tour reservations and learn a little more about you before they visit. Thank you so much, first for caring about and for the wildlife on our planet and secondly for sharing them with us humans. It warms the heart to know you are there for them.
